Upgrade plan
Upgrading is paid and starts a new billing period on the day you switch. You get the new plan's full monthly caption minutes and exports right away.
Unused minutes and exports of your current plan don't carry over to the new plan. We deduct a credit for the unused part of your current period from the new plan's price: for the current month it is the smaller of the unused time and the unused part of your limits (the larger share of used exports and paid caption minutes counts). On yearly plans, later full months are credited in full.
Any unused free Sandbox minutes stay available.
You'll see the exact amount before you pay. The rules are in the Terms of Service, sections 5 and 8.
